Lali Kruashvili, PhD in Life Sciences, 2010 -2018 worked as a laboratory assistant at the Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine, Laboratory of Behavior and Cognitive Functions. 2018 -2022, she held the position of Research Scientist (Category B) in the same laboratory. Since 2022, She has been a postdoctoral at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, Laboratory of Molecular Basis of Behavior. 2018-2022, she worked as the Coordinator of the Quality Assurance and Strategic Development Department at the Georgian University, and later as the Head of the Scientific Department at the same university. 2017 -2022, she was an invited lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine at the State University. She is the author/co-author of scientific papers and actively participates in scientific conferences. She is a member of several international scientific societies and has received research and travel grants from the Georgian National Science Foundation and international organizations (https://radwanskalab.eu/).
