Marika Chikviladze is a PhD student at the Ilia State University, Georgia, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine, Program of Life Sciences (Biochemistry and Molecular Biotechnology). Subject of her dissertation is “The Involvement of myelin basic protein isomersin neuroinflammation”. Marika Chikviladze is also the researcher at the Institute of Chemical Biology, Ilia State University. She has been working and conducting scientific research in this area for seven years. Her area of interest is Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Immunology and Neuroscience. Marika Chikviladze is awarded with Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation PhD Grant.
Marika Chikviladze is the member of the Association of Georgian Biochemists (AGB, member of the FEBS), Federation of European Neuroscience Society (FENS) and International Brain Research Organization (IBRO).
